What is the most important factor in a successful client-based relationship?


Trust plays an essential role in building successful advisor-investor relationships, according to a research report from State Street Global Advisors and @ Wharton, which is affiliated with the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Their research shows that 69% investors feel that being trustworthy is the most important attribute in a financial advisor, while 74% of advisors feel they need to be trusted above all other factors.
