Lead and Proposal Generation Activities Completed on FTJ FundChoice’s Technology Platform Now Connected with Redtail CRM

Utilizing AdvisoryWorld’s connectivity, FTJ FundChoice and Redtail shared advisor-clients can now see their prospect and client activities, completed via FTJ FundChoice technology, populate new contacts and activities in Redtail CRM.

FTJ FundChoice and Redtail were able to quickly deliver this new functionality to their shared clients by partnering with AdvisoryWorld, a leading software provider for financial advisors and an FTJ FundChoice technology partner. This bi-directional integration not only pulls client data from FTJ FundChoice’s proposal tool to seamlessly create a new contact in Redtail CRM, but also it allows advisors to initiate the FTJ FundChoice proposal tool from Redtail CRM. The FTJ FundChoice proposal generation process is further reflected in Redtail CRM via new activity population and risk profile questionnaire response documentation. Additionally, advisors can import existing account and holdings data stored in Redtail CRM in to FTJ FundChoice’s proposal tool to assess if a client’s risk score is aligned with that of their recommended portfolio allocations.
