Clients and Advisors think differently about often they should speak


Clients prefer consistent but not constant updates from their advisors. They prefer quarterly communications versus monthly updates by a 49% to 38% margin, according to a research report from State Street Global Advisors and @ Wharton, which is affiliated with the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Advisors, on the other hand, prefer monthly updates over quarterly communications 51% to 35%.
